I really love creating content that sparks conversation and drives action. I also really love building space for teams and groups to create this content together. As both the creator and producer, I bring ideas to life and build bridges for meaningful connections.

My style evokes authenticity and energy. Sometimes it’s provocative. Sometimes it’s trendy. All of the time, it’s purposeful.

I have cultivated my skills as a creative producer, host, writer, social strategist , leader, and mentor with a lens on wellness, women, and Black culture . I have nurtured my talents across major media outlets like BET, Vh1, ESSENCE, Refinery 29, and others.  I intentionally utilize storytelling to amplify underestimated voices and magnify their excellence. My zone of genius is in reminding people of their innate greatness through original content, creative project management, inspiring interviews, social campaigns, and mentorship.
